We’re excited to collaborate with Mandem on The Mat to bring you a powerful and transformative weekend retreat designed specifically for Black men.

This March, we’re creating a space where mind, body, and spirit can be nourished through yoga, movement, meditation, sound healing, men’s circles, African drumming, and more—all in a culturally relevant and supportive environment.

Why This Retreat?

Black men in the UK often face systemic barriers, racial bias, and a lack of representation in wellness spaces. Many struggle with stress, mental health challenges, and limited access to self-care opportunities.

This retreat is about breaking those barriers—offering a safe, inclusive space to rest, heal, and reconnect with yourself and others.
