Donna Peart

Hatha & Restorative Yoga

Donna specialises in and will be offering Hatha and Restorative Yoga with a focus on breath awareness. Donna's style is mindful, encouraging students to intuitively find their way, developing their practice at their own individual pace. Donna is also a Level I / II Reiki Practitioner.

Alicia Chasteau

Dance & Event Organiser

Alicia is a group exercise instructor, yoga teacher and coach, with over 10 years teaching experience.

On the retreat Alicia will be inviting you to let loose and party in a dance fitness or Zumba class. She will also be teaching Body Tune: a body conditioning and barre inspired class, set to music.

Alicia also works as an events organiser and will be hosting the retreat on hand with the rest of the team to make sure you have the most amazing weekend!

Faye Edwards

Dance & Stretch

Celebrity trainer, founder of F.I.T Jam Dance Movement, and Master Trainer at Johnson Digital, Faye Edwards is renowned for her high energy and positive influence in the fitness space.

Faye’s inclusive approach is that each individual journey is their own. Every ‘body’ is different, and every body is capable!

Expect to feel empowered and motivated in Faye’s F.I.T sessions.

Raimonda Richards

Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Breathwork

Raimonda Richards has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 13 years. Raimonda studied Kundalini Yoga with Shiv Charan Singh, a direct student of Yogi Bhajan.

Raimonda studied a Gong Sound Practitioners course with Gong Master Don Corneux who also studied and worked together with Yoghi Bhajan. Later she undertook the Gong sound practitioners course with Tom Solton and Abbi de Sol.

Through completion of a Shamanic practitioners course, her interest moved to study and practice work on the subconscious mind. Raimonda uses this as a focus in her classes and workshops to help people to release subconscious blocks.

Karen Hope

Meditation, Healing & Treatments

On the retreat Karen will be offering group sessions including a nature walk and meditation, plus one to one therapy sessions in reiki, energy healing and spiritual guidance.

This was my first ever retreat and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. Having just recovered from an operation I was able to take things at my own pace and do as much or as little as I’d like. The classes and treatments on offer were amazing and I think I managed to do a bit of everything on offer.

The grounds were beautiful, very clean, peaceful and captivating. The food was exceptional and would love to have this type of food everyday (I even ate salad!!!). The team involved are truly inspirational as they love what they do and are easy to chat and get along with 🥰.

I feel this experience has something for everyone whether it’s finding yourself, enjoying exercising, surrounding yourself with friends or making new ones, having time to yourself, whatever you need you will find at an Ubuntu Spirit retreat! ❤️
