If you have selected to pay a deposit only, details of how to pay in instalments will be sent after booking. Please note the full balance will be due 6 weeks before the retreat.

We recommend all guests take out travel insurance for attending this retreat, to ensure it includes cover for cancellation in the occurrence of natural events - such as extreme heatwaves that can affect trains, for example.

A registration form will be sent to all guests after booking. This will include giving us details about any allergies, dietary needs or injuries/health conditions. If you have any questions before then, please feel free to email us at team@ubuntuspirit.co.uk

For upcoming retreats, pricing for single rooms have been updated to better reflect the real cost of delivery. This is about making sure retreats are financially sustainable and that costs are properly covered so we can continue offering these spaces with care, integrity, and consistency.

In previous years, some room pricing, particularly single occupancy rooms, was set too low and was not always sustainable long term.

As part of these changes, single occupancy rooms will now be priced slightly higher to more accurately reflect the true room costs and the reduced number of spaces available overall.

To help keep retreats as accessible as possible, we’ll also continue offering more shared room options, which help split accommodation costs and allow lower price points overall.

We are also actively working on securing funding, with the aim of introducing subsidised spaces in the future for those who need additional financial support. If you have any questions please do contact us at team@ubuntuspirit.co.uk
