If you have selected to pay a deposit only, details of how to pay in instalments will be sent after booking. Please note the full balance will be due 2 weeks before the retreat.
For upcoming retreats, pricing for single rooms have been updated to better reflect the real cost of delivery. This is about making sure retreats are financially sustainable and that costs are properly covered so we can continue offering these spaces with care, integrity, and consistency.

In previous years, some room pricing, particularly single occupancy rooms, was set too low and was not always sustainable long term.

As part of these changes, single occupancy rooms will now be priced slightly higher to more accurately reflect the true room costs and the reduced number of spaces available overall.

To help keep retreats as accessible as possible, we’ll also continue offering more shared room options, which help split accommodation costs and allow lower price points overall.

We’ve also worked closely with the venue to be able to offer one more accessible triple shared room at a reduced rate of £395 per person for those looking for a lower-cost option.

We are also actively working on securing funding, with the aim of introducing subsidised spaces in the future for those who need additional financial support.
