About the event
A whole day of wellbeing including; Hatha Yoga, African Drumming, Dance, Vision Board Creation and Sound Healing.
Do as many or little sessions as you wish over the day. All classes, workshops are included in the ticket price. Lunch and drinks also included.
Outside area and also the stunning Warpole Park is opposite the venue if you wish to also take a walk in nature during the day. You are welcome to come and go as suits you.
TIMETABLE
9.30am: Arrivals & Tea/Coffee
10.00- 11.00am: Hatha Yoga - with Donna Peart
Tea break
11.15am - 12.45pm: African Drumming Workshop - with Kay Smith
12.45-1.45pm: Dance - with Alicia Chasteau
1.45-2.45pm: Lunch (Included in ticket price)
2.45-4.15pm: Vision Board Creation - with Art Therapist Violeta
Tea break
4.30-5.45pm: Sound Healing - with Ramainda Richards and team
You are welcome you to sit and take your time to leave after the sound healing. Maybe enjoy a tea or take a moment to meditate or reflect on your day or journal.

Standard price - £75
Concession tickets avaliable for a subsidised amount of £45, see below for full details.
Payment Instalments
Option to book with a deposit of £25/35. Full amount due 2 weeks before event (6th June).
ON THE DAY
Provided on the day:
- Lunch and refreshments with vegan, vegeterian and meat options. (Please ensure you have let us know in advance of any dietry requirements or allergies).
- All resources needed for classes and workshops. For the vision/manifestation board creation, rescourses will be provided, however, if you have things that you would like to bring along to include, please do bring these on the day.
What to bring
- Yoga mat (we will have a few spares).
- Eye mask, eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes in relaxation based sessions.
- Water bottle. Water will also be avaliable on the day.
Also avaliable on the day
- Community shop selling wellbeing or art products made by either our team, teachers, clients or other women from the local commuity.
- Pop up Ladina Yoga shop. Yoga mats, eyemasks and bags, all crafted with eco-friendly materials and adorned with captivating designs inspired by African artistry. Sponsors of Ubuntu Spirit's free online yoga classes.
Booking Concessions.
It is important for us that our events are as accessible as we can make them and so we make every effort to keep our event costs down, running our community events as non profit. We are able to offer a few tickets at a subsidised amount of £45 for those who may be experiencing financial difficulties. This can also be paid over two payments. TEACHER & CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Hatha Yoga - Donna Peart
Donna specialises in and will be offering Hatha and Restorative Yoga with a focus on breath awareness. Donna's style is mindful, encouraging students to intuitively find their way, developing their practice at their own individual pace. Donna is also a Level I / II Reiki Practitioner.
African Drumming - Kay Smith
Kay has been playing djembe for the last 15 years and loves to both teach and perform. Kay likes to describe her sessions as an introduction to the 'Joys of Djembe'. She loves what she does and it makes her incredibly happy to share her passion with others. This shines through in Kay's uplifting, joyous and infectious fun energy. Kay’s goal is to create an enjoyable experience for all levels and experience of participants.
Vision Board Creation Workshop - Art Therapist Violeta Camarero.
Unleash your creativity, foster well-being, and capture your aspirations on a vision board. This workshop is a unique blend of creativity and self-discovery. The workshop will include a guided relaxation and space to reflect about your goals before we move into the creation of the vision board.
Dance - with Alicia
Alicia will be inviting you to let loose and have fun in this dance fitness session. Moves are super simple so you can follow along easily.
Gong Bath and Sound Healing - Raimonda Richards and the Team
We will end with special Gong Bath and Sound Healing, allowing you to fully relax and unwind after the day, on a journey through healing sound into deep, healing rest.

Public Transport
5 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway train station - Elizabeth, Central and Distruct lines.
Numberous buses go to the station and to Uxbridge Road.
Parking
Limited parking on the immediate surronding roads including Bond Street, but lots of parking on Mattack Lane (around £6 for the day and closest). Lots of parking also in the Broadway Shopping Centre (5 min walk) or Dickens Yard (7 min walk) car parks but with higher prices of aroound £1.20 per hour.
Free parking can be found in local residential roads on a Saturday. Parking is also available for £3/4 for the day in Ealing Council car park, 5-7 minutes walk away.
