About the event

A whole day of wellbeing including; Hatha Yoga, African Drumming, Art, Dance, Restorative and Sound Healing. 

Do as many or little sessions as you wish over the day. All classes, workshops are included in the ticket price.

Timetable 

9.30am - 10.30am : Hatha Yoga - with Donna Peart 

Break & refreshments - bakes by Kiasha Slyvester (Our summer retreat chef). 

11.00am - 12.15pm : African Drumming Workshop - with Kay Smith 

12.30pm - 1.20pm : Zumba - with Alicia Chasteau 

Lunch - By Farm W5 organic cafe. (Included in ticket price)

2.30pm - 3.30pm - Art Workshop - Vision and manifestion board creation - with Yasmine Kadhim 

3.45pm - 4.45pm - Restorative Yoga  - with Donna Peart 

5.00-6.00pm : Sound Healing  - with Pareena Khairdin

Tickets 

Early bird price - £75 (Limited number & on sale until September 30th 2023)

Standard price - £85 

Option to book with a deposit of £25. Full amount due 2 weeks before event (22nd October).

Venue

  • 10 minutes walk from Southall Station - Elizabeth Line. (Just 8 mins from Ealing Broadway or 5 mins from West Ealing)
  • One bus from Ealing Broadway (207 or SL8).
  • Parking at venue for the whole day. 4 hours free then pay and display after that. 
  • Both inside and outside areas to relax when not in sessions. 

Provided on the day:

  • Lunch and refreshments with vegan, vegeterian and meat options. (Please ensure you have let us know in advance of any dietry requirements or allergies). 
  • Yoga props including a bolster, bricks, blocks, a strap and a blanket will be provided. 
  • All resources needed for classes and workshops. For the vision/manifestation board creation, rescourses will be provide however if you have things that you would like to bring along to include, please do bring these on the day. 

What to bring

  • Yoga mat (we will have a few spares).
  • Eye mask, eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes in relaxation based sessions. 
  • Water bottle. Water will also be avaliable on the day. 

Also avaliable on the day

  • Community shop selling wellbeing or art products made by either our team, teachers, clients or other women from the local commuity. 
  • Buy addional food or produce from the on site cafe who sell hot drinks, paninis, cakes and more. 

Booking Concessions. 

It is important for us that our events are as accessible as we can make them and so we make every effort to keep our event costs down. We are able to offer only a few tickets at a subsidised amount of £49 for those who may be experiencing financial difficulties. Restorative Yoga

Donna Peart

Donna specialises in and will be offering Hatha and Restorative Yoga with a focus on breath awareness. Donna's style is mindful, encouraging students to intuitively find their way, developing their practice at their own individual pace. Donna is also a Level I / II Reiki Practitioner.

Zumba 

Alicia Chasteau

Alicia is a group exercise instructor, yoga teacher and coach with over 10 years teaching. On the day Alicia will be inviting you to let loose and party in our Zumba class. Alicia also works as an events organiser and will be hosting the retreat, on hand with the rest of the team to make sure you have the most amazing day!

African Drumming

Kay Smith

Kay has  been playing djembe for the last 15 years and loves to both teach and perform.  Kay  likes to describe her sessions as an introduction to the 'Joys of Djembe'. She loves what she does and it makes her incredibly happy to share her passion with others. This shines through in Kay's uplifting, joyous and infectious fun energy. Kay’s goal is to create an enjoyable experience for all levels and experience of participants.

Yasmine Kadhim

Yasmine is an Illustrator and Designer who is passionate about storytelling and culture. Yasmine has a keen interest in yoga and wellbeing. She uses art as a tool to create holistic workshops which empower, relax and bring joy to those attending. She is also our creative lead for all things digital.
