Join us for a transformative with local Art Therapist Violeta Camarero and local Artist Yasmine Kadhim. Vision Board Creation Workshop
Unleash your creativity, foster well-being, and capture your aspirations on a vision board.
This workshop is a unique blend of creativity and self-discovery. The workshop will include a guided relaxation and space to reflect about your goals before we move into the creation of the vision board.
No previous artistic experience required. All materials needed .will be provided. The only addition that we strongly recommended is that you bring a picture of yourself! It can be one where you feel your best and/or doing something that feels the most important to you.
Refreshments provided. Adults only session.
