Vision Board & Wellbeing Workshop with Art Therapist.

Join us for a transformative Connection & Wellbeing: A Vision Board Creation with local Art Therapist Violeta Camarero and local Artist Yasmine Kadhim.  

Unleash your creativity, foster well-being, and capture your aspirations on a vision board. 

This workshop is a unique blend of art therapy and self-discovery. The workshop will include a guided relaxation and space to reflect about your goals before we move into the creation of the vision board.  

No previous artistic experience required.  All materials needed .will be provided. The only addition that we strongly recommended is that you bring a picture of yourself! It can be one where you feel your best and/or doing something that feels the most important to you.  

Refreshments provided.  Adults only session.   

Art Therapist Violeta Camarero. "I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of art, convinced that engaging in creative expression fosters self-awareness and brings about healing. Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and well-being together"   Violeta Camarero is an enthusiastic, grounded and caring Art Psychotherapist who trained at Hertfordshire University (UK). Qualified in 2019 with distinction. Violeta is trained to facilitate art therapy sessions for people to explore their mental health and wellbeing through the relationship in order to learn to manage better any issues arising and gain emotional literacy and resiliency. After qualifying as a product design engineer in Saragossa University (Spain) she moved to England in 2012 and discovered that her call was to work creatively with people. Since then Violeta has been working therapeutically with children, adolescents and families in education as well as in the National Health Service and the Youth Justice Service in London. Violeta is a genuine believer that showing up for ourselves through making art brings self awareness and healing.   

Yasmine Kadhim  llustrator and Graphic Designer based in Ealing. Yasmine refrences Islamic patterning and Isalmic colour pallets in her artwork, as well as exploring charecter design and typography.  In addition to teaching both adults and children art classes, Yasmine also teaches private lessons to individuals or groups. Yasmine's work is currently being exhibited in Ealing cafe Reinata.
