Join us for a carnival and soca special F.I.T Jam Dance session in the warm up to Notting Hill Carnival 2024!
F.I.T Jam Dance Movement is a class that welcomes all levels and abilities, where the focus is all on the feeling! Faye’s motto is to be yourself and free yourself, because when you loose your inhibitions you can really be in the moment.
Be surrounded by positive energy in a non-judgemental environment, that will leave you feeling confident and accomplished from learning an easy to follow routine
