Unwind after your week on a journey through healing sound into deep, healing rest.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Spare yoga mats will be avaliable to borrow if needed. You may wish to bring an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.
