Autumn Candlelit Gong Bath & Sound Healing

Join us for a special Candlelit Gong Bath and Sound Healing with Raimonda Richards. 

Unwind after your week on a journey through healing sound into deep, healing rest. 

NOTE: 

* Please wear warm comfortable clothing. 

* Bring your own yoga mat and blanket. (Spare yoga mats & blankets will be avaliable to borrow if needed but are limited) .

* We reccommend bringing an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes for enhancing your ability to go inwards. 

We welcome you to bring any yoga props which may aid your relaxation and comfort. For example, yoga bolster, pillow etc. 

Events Times 

6.30pm start. Venue doors will open 20 minutes before the event with the hall opening 5 minutes before the start time. 

There are gardens for you to come in before, have a tea and relax before the event. 

Finish time approximately 8pm. 

Tea served before and then afterwards for those who would like to rest and take a moment before leaving. 

Parking 

Limited parking on surronding roads including Bond Street & Mattack Lane. Lots of parking also in the Broadway Shopping Centre (5 min walk) or Dickens Yard (7 min walk) car parks. 

5 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway station.
