Massage, Cupping, Acupuncture & Crystal Healing with Natalie Johnson

Cupping- Used for thousands of years and is an important part of Chinese medicine. It is a method of creating a vacuum on the patient’s skin using warm glass cup to dispel stagnation and improve Qi (energy) flow. It is a great treatment for headaches, pains and aches, relieving tension and more.

Acupuncture -  A system of healing which has been practiced in China and other Eastern countries for over 3,000 years. It is based upon principles which aim to achieve balance and harmony within the body. Fine Needles are gently inserted into carefully selected points on the channels of the body to stimulate the healing process. Some of the many conditions that can be treated by Acupuncture are: Stress, anxiety, panic attacks, weight loss, fertility issues, back pain, insomnia, migraines, knee pain, tennis elbow and others.

Sessions can include just one of the above or a combination all three. This can be discussed with the therapist.

Retreat FAQ's

How do I book?

Booking can be made here. All bookings require a minimum of just £8o to secure your place. For 2024 retreats We then ask that you have paid at least half of your balance owed by the end of October 2023. Full balance will be due 8 weeks before the event (15th March 2024).

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, of course. If needed, payments can also be made via; bank transfer, standing order, a recurring card payment or in cash to one of our teachers/hosts. We recommend you contact us and we can support you in accessing the best payment option for you. Please note, if making a payment via bank transfer or standing over, please state your full name as a reference.

What is not included?

Transport to and from the venue is not included and will need to be arranged by yourself. If there are others on the retreat travelling from the same area, we can support you with looking into ride shares.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

For any bookings cancelled up to 8 weeks before the events, a full refund of any payments owed will be given, minus the min deposit value. For cancellations made up to 4 weeks before the retreat, refunds will not be possible. Name changes to transfer a booking can can be made free of charge at any time. We highly advise you to take out travel insurance for your trip and stay to ensure you are compensated should you need to cancel. This would cover cancellations due to health reasons for example, having covid, or if the retreat has to be cancelled for reasons out of our control, such as a lockdown or due to extreme weather.

Do I need to bring equipment along for classes?

All equipment for classes such as yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets will be provided for your use (all blankets will be washed beforehand by the venue). Please bring your yoga mat with you if you prefer. We would also recommend that you bring an eye mask or eye pillow for relaxation based classes. We will have some yoga mats, eye pillows and straps available to buy at the retreat.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring comfortable clothing that can be worn for both movement sessions and when more still. There will be evening relaxation or meditation sessions, so warm relaxed clothing for the evenings is recommended. You may wish to bring something you feel good in for the Saturday night gathering/music. This is optional and we encourage a relaxed and informal environment.

Other items we recommend for you to bring are; trainers, a waterproof jacket, flip flops/ sandals, sun cream, swimwear, and a refillable water bottle. You may also wish to bring a notebook and/or a journal for reflection. All rooms include luxury linen, towels and natural bathing products (hand soap, shower gel & shampoo).

Can children attend the retreat?

The retreat is a women's retreat for those 18 years and older. We hope to be offering family retreats at some point in the near future. Please join our mailing list or drop us a email to be kept up to date with all events and updates.
